Due to having a small family I am unable to enjoy the benefits of joining the rest of the GB team in Kenya. The altitude tent is a great solution for me, not only is the tent very easy to put up but the generator doesn't take up too much room and the whole system is extremely easy to use. With the altitude tent system I am able to enjoy the same benefit of sleeping at 12,000 feet but able to train at sea level as normal. I would highly recommend the altitude tent hire system to any athlete who is considering using an altitude tent for an event or race to gain an edge on their competitors. To be honest we suggested that Jean Paul used the tent for 6 weeks and he only had it for 4 I think due to time contraints. We recommend a minimum of 6 weeks use of the tent at 8 hours a night before you will notice much improvement, and really 8-12 weeks is best.
